申請前に必要なものをチェック！

・Identity Documents（身分証明証： パスポート）

・Enough money for your stay and to leave（滞在費用5,000ドル＋帰国費用の銀行残高証明）

・Proof of specified work（指定労働88日の証明： ペイスリップ等）

・Application charges（申請費用；クレジットカードでの支払いで485ドル）

※2020年4月現在

銀行残高証明書は英文です。オーストラリア国内からだと残高証明がオンラインから簡単に発行できます。以下の記事を参考にしてください。

セカンドワーキングホリデービザ申請手順

申請内容は以下の通り。ページ数が多いですが、途中でデータを保存することが出来るので自分のペースで進められますので安心してください。

書類の添付等もあるので、個人的にはPCでの作業をお勧めします。

まずはImmi Accountにログインします。

オーストラリア内務省のWebページから入れます。以下のURLを開くと、ページ右上にImmi Accountとあるのでそちらをクリック。

Immi Accountは今お持ちの1年目のワーキングホリデービザを取得する際に利用しているので、既に自分のアカウントを持っているはずです。

ですが、アカウントを忘れてしまったという場合は、アカウントを作り直してもOK。

Login successfulと出てきます。

Continueをクリックして自分のアカウントに入ります。

My applications summary から New application をクリック。

New applicationを開いたら、一番下のWorking Holiday MakerのタブからWorking Holiday Visa（417）をクリック。Work and Holiday Visa （サブクラス462）はまた違ったビザなので選択しないように。

Terms and Conditions（契約条件・利用規約）

I have read and agree to the terms and conditions（私は利用規約を読ました、これに同意します。）のチェックボックスにチェックを入れてNextをクリック。

→オーストラリア国内からの申請ですのでAUSTRALIAを選択。

・Select the type of working holiday visa the applicant is applying for:
（どの種類の working holiday visaに応募するか）→ 今回はセカンドなので、Second Working Holiday visa (subclass 417)を選択。

・Has the applicant been granted and entered Australia on a first Working Holiday visa (subclass 417) before?（ファーストのワーキングホリデービザを取得したことがあるか？）→ Yes

・Has the applicant been granted and been in Australia as the holder of a second Working Holiday visa (subclass 417) before?（セカンドのワーキングホリデービザを取得したことがあるか？）→ No

・Has the applicant undertaken 3 months of specified work as the holder of a first Working Holiday visa (subclass 417)?（ファーストのワーキングホリデー期間中に3ヶ月間の特定の仕事を行なったか？）→ Yes

Previous application（前回の申し込み）

Give details of the applicant’s previous application.（前回のビザ申請詳細の提示）

・Reference number type（参照番号の種類）→ Visa grant number（ビザ申請番号）

・Reference number（参照番号）→ Immi Accountまたは最初のワーキングホリデービザが通った際のレターをチェックして、Visa grant numberを確認して入力してください。

画面右下のNextをクリック。

Applicant（応募者情報）

ここできちんとパスポートと同じ正確な名前を入力してください。

名前が間違っていた場合、ビザが下りたとしてもオーストラリアへの入国を拒否または、到着した際に手続きが遅れる場合があります。

Enter the following details as they appear in the applicant’s personal passport.（パスポートに沿って情報を入力してください。）

さあ、ここは結構大事になる部分かと思います。　※2019年4月より大幅な変更があったパートです。

Give details of the specified work undertaken by the applicant for each employer whilst on their Working Holiday visa. （ワーホリ中で働いた特定の仕事の企業主のリスト、詳細の提示）

まずは、セカンドを取るために働いたファーム等の特定の仕事先をリストアップ。

Addをクリックして、自分がセカンドを取るために働いた職場の詳細を入力するフォームを呼び出します。

Health declaration（健康の宣誓）

以下内容を確認して、YesまたはNoで答えます。Yesと答えた場合、のちに健康診断を受ける必要があります。

・In the last five years, has any applicant visited, or lived, outside their country of passport, for more than 3 consecutive months? Do not include time spent in Australia.（過去5年、日本以外の国で3ヶ月以上続けての滞在したことがあるか？オーストラリアは含まない。）

Character declarations（人格の宣誓）

以下内容を確認して、YesまたはNoで答えます。

If the applicant answers ‘Yes’ to any of the character declarations they must give all relevant details. For combined applications, state which applicant the declaration applies to.（Yesと答えた場合、詳細を答える必要がある。複数名合わせての出願の場合、誰のことか明記する。）

Working holiday declarations（ワーキングホリデーの宣誓）

・Understand that the visa they are applying for does not permit them to undertake studies or training for more than 4 months.（このビザは4ヶ月以上の勉強や訓練を受けることを認められていない事を理解している。）

・Have sufficient funds for the initial period of their stay in Australia and for the fare to their intended overseas destination on leaving Australia.（初期滞在費用と帰国に必要な十分な資金を持っている。）

・Are applying for their second Working Holiday visa (subclass 417) and have completed 3 months of specified work as the holder of a first working holiday visa.（この申請はセカンドワーキングホリデービザの申請で、3ヶ月以上の特定の仕事に最初のワーキングホリデービザの間に終わらせている。）

・All claimed specified work has been remunerated in accordance with relevant Australian legislation and Awards or voluntary bushfire recovery work.（全ての特定の仕事はオーストラリアの法律に合致した報酬が支払われたか、または自発的なブッシュファイヤーからの復興作業に従事した。）

Declarations（宣誓）

Warning: Giving false or misleading information is a serious offence.（注意：虚偽または曖昧な情報の提示は深刻な犯罪です。）

・Have provided complete and correct information in every detail on this form, and on any attachments to it.（入力内容、提供した情報は全て正確なものである。）

・As an applicant: I understand that if my visa ceases to be in effect and I do not hold another visa to remain in Australia at that time, I will be an unlawful non-citizen under the Migration Act 1958. Document Type（書類の種類）をリストから選択して、Description（説明）で説明を添えて、必要なファイルを添付します。一回で出来る添付は60が最大です。

一般的なクレジットカード支払い時と同じように必要事項を入力してください。

私の場合、手数料として、6.40ドルが追加で請求されました。（選択するカードによって手数料は変わります。）

画面右下のNextをクリックして Imm Account のホーム画面に戻りましょう。

気になる申請期間と注意点

お疲れ様でした。Imm Account のホーム画面です。ちなみに画面には、Application status: Submitted（申請状況：提出済み）となっていますね。

下部にあるApplication history（申請履歴）にて、申請した情報や支払いのレシートを確認できます。

支払いが完了したと同時に、自動配信でIMMI Acknowledgement of Application Receivedというタイトルのメールが届きます。

私の場合は、その他IMMI Bridging Visa Grant Notification（ブリッジングビザの許可通知）とRequest for Health Examinations（健康診断のリクエスト）のメールが届きました。

通常は健康診断のリクエストは送られてこないと思います。

ブリッジングビザAについては、今回オーストラリア国内からの申請だったため用意されたものです。セカンド申請の途中でファーストビザの期限が切れてしまった場合、自動でこのビザに切り替わります。

注意点はオーストラリア国内から申請した場合、ビザが下りるまでは国内に留まる必要があり、旅行に出かけた時点でこの申請したビザは終了します。もしオーストラリアを離れる予定がある場合、ブリッジングビザBの申請が必要です。

受理されるまでの時間ですが、オーストラリア政府のホームページによると、75%の応募者は36日以内、90％は46日以内で受理されます。

今年の3月にセカンドビザを提出した台湾人の友人も約1ヶ月後にビザが下りたと報告がありました。皆さんのビザも、私のビザも、無事ビザが下りることを願っています！
